LDL Components is a fast-growing distributor of high quality kitchen and bathroom fittings and accessories. LDL asked The House to create a purpose-led strategy that will protect the firm’s reputation and performance as it grows.
We assessed every element of LDL’s corporate structure, including purpose, business strategy and internal culture.
Based on LDL’s core commitment to creating “built to last” products and relationships, we developed an inspiring new identity around the brand promise “Designed for Life”. This includes a signature-like logo that evokes the commitment to quality and durability LDL makes to its customers.
The brand re-launch would not succeed unless the whole LDL team was inspired and onboard. To achieve this, we outlined the firm’s values and expected behaviours in a code of conduct to which employees literally ‘sign up’.
LDL is now investing in its brochures and website, and has received positive feedback on the branding of its new headquarters.
